Notification of Committee Changes

Official notification of committee changes.

For those not present at last nights meeting. Nik Young (IT and Media) and Debbie Kinsella (Treasurer) have both resigned from the committee. Their reasons are in the main to do with differences of opinion on how the Forge WI is run and personal ones. They have both stressed how difficult the decision has been.

I shall continue to update the website. However we will need a treasurer to come forward urgently to remain operational.

The remaining committee have put in place interim measures, going forward, in line with WI constitution. This will entail Sandra Gregory stepping in as temporary book keeper until a treasurer is appointed.

I encourage all members with questions to raise them with me as president or to attend our next committee meeting on the 10th June 7.30pm at Laycocks.
